PAYMENT TERMS
Payment methods accepted
Buyers can refer to the following payment methods and apply the appropriate one:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD):
Customers can pay in cash to the delivery staff upon receipt of goods.
- Step 1: Buyers learn about the products and services advertised
- Step 2: Buyer places an order on the website selecting Cash On Delivery as payment method
- Step 3: Buyer receives email
- Step 4: Buyer receives an email and/or phone call to confirm the order
- Step 5: Seller ships the goods
- Step 6: Buyer receives goods and pays to the delivery staff.
2. Payment by Paypal for Foreign bank:
- Step 1: Buyers learn about the products and services advertised
- Step 2: Buyer places an order on the website selecting Paypal as payment method
- Step 3: Buyer fills up the information requested by paypal
- Step 4: Buyer validate the payment thru Paypal platform
- Step 5: Seller ships the goods
- Step 6: Buyer receives goods
3. Payment by VNPAY for Vietnam Domestic bank:
- Step 1: Buyers learn about the products and services advertised
- Step 2: Buyer places an order on the website selecting VNPAY as payment method
- Step 3: Scan QR code with your bank app
- Step 4: Check Order information and select payment account to continue
- Step 5: Confirm transaction
- Step 6: Seller ships the goods
- Step 7: Buyer receives goods
