It’s the deep awareness of the need to protect our health and the environment from chemical products that made us completely switch to the world of natural products.
Frequently asked questions
We do not use any controversial products. You will see by reading the composition of our products that you know and understand the name of all the ingredients! We only use one preservative which is found in balms. This is tocopherol which is natural vitamin E, extracted from sunflower oil. Tocopherol prevents vegetable oils and butters from going rancid too quickly.
No! We formulate and produce all of our products in our production facilities in Nha Trang. We carefully choose our suppliers and ensure the quality of our products. This is a guarantee of quality that we do not wish to entrust to another company.
The Tamanu & Mint Leg Balm finds an advantage in being kept in the refrigerator because it will bring a pleasant refreshing effect on heavy legs. We also advise to keep the floral water in the refrigerator. Its cool mist on your face will be very pleasant and will tighten the pores of your skin. It is not necessary to store other balms in the refrigerator as they will become too hard and the transfer of the oils to your skin will be more difficult.
Essential oil-free products are perfectly suitable for babies. The Essential Soap and Cacao Butter & Chamomile Body Balm have been formulated with the delicate, irritant-prone skin of babies and young children in mind.
All of our products are vegan! We use vegetable waxes and liquids as well as coconut flower nectar (also known as coco honey) to remain vegan compliant!
Our products do not contain artificial fragrances. We use essential oils for their active ingredients; at the same time, they bring a scented note to our soaps, balms and deodorants.
The term superfat means that oils are added in excess during the manufacturing of the soap. These oils are not saponified and therefore retain their natural benefits. This process makes it possible to obtain a non-caustic soap, which leaves a nourishing and protective film on the skin. Superfatted soaps are very mild and suitable for all skin types.
Glycerin is produced naturally by the chemical reaction of saponification. It is a component of soap. Glycerin is a very good moisturizer because it has the ability to retain water on the surface of the skin.
The important thing first is to calm down the inflammation of the pimples and to moisturize the skin well. Do not multiply the products and use products with a simple composition.
- until the inflammation disappears: cleanse your face in the morning and evening with a superfatted soap from our range (the soap is a natural antiseptic) + apply aloe vera gel morning and evening to moisturize well.
- when the pimples have dried up: start the 3-step beauty routine: > cleanse with a superfatted soap > hydrate with Rose Water > nourish and protect with the Neem and Petitgrain Face Balm.
If your acne outbreak is related to a medical problem, the doctor's opinion takes priority!
This is soda ash! It is a natural chemical reaction that occurs on the surface of the soap which is in contact with the air (or rather with the carbon dioxide present in the air) during the process of cold saponification. It's not very aesthetic but totally harmless!
We live in Vietnam and the best natural ingredients for making our products are found in Vietnam. Our approach is eco-responsible, so we produce with what nature has to offer around us, and we also sell around us -- which is also Vietnam!
